Cost is $35 for a 45 minute session plus shower afterwards with use of a selection of dindinatural and Sukin products.
The heat from the sauna relaxes the body's muscles, improves circulation and stimulates the release of endorphins.

Our therapist Kirsty uses a combination of techniques including Swedish, Remedial, Deep Tissue Trigger point and Myofascial release combined to soothe muscular tension, improve posture, realign balance and help ease nervous tension and stress. Pregnancy Massage A specialised pregnancy massage table supports her growing belly, allowing the mum-to-be to completely relax and realign the body in preparation for the birth.
