Casual class rate is $22 and $180 for a 10 class pass.
Private yoga sessions $55 per hour or $125 for 3 x 1hr private yoga sessions.

Slow Flow
Classes are a guided moving meditation as students move with the rhythm of their breath, combining stability with ease.
Yoga, breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation are offered as tools to assist with fine tuning self-awareness and great for nervous system regulation. Students are offered different options to explore and adapt the class with what feels best for them. Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities.
Mums and Bubs Yoga
Mums and Bubs is a class to connect with yourself, other mums and your baby. Movements and postures suit postnatal mums with class offering safe options to stretch and strengthen your body, breathwork and relaxation practices. Postures help build core strength, strengthen pelvic floor and realign your spine, pelvis and hips. Discussion is held at the end of each week on postpartum topics to help support each other during early stages of motherhood.
Prenatal Yoga
Classes are specifically for pregnant women from 13 weeks, who want to create ease in body and mind, to connect with your heart and womb space and your growing baby. This class promotes relaxation and is great for stress management. It improves digestion, general fitness (stamina) and health. It promotes emotional wellbeing. It can improve circulation and reduce fluid retention. It empowers women to make choices to and builds connections within the community.
Friday Flow
An energizing and uplifting breath focused yoga class, incorporating heart-centered philosophy. Students are provided options to gently explore what works best for them in the present moment. Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities.
Feminine Flow
In feminine Flow there is a focus on self awareness and tuning into our monthly cycles and knowing how to adapt our yoga practice to meet our needs based on where we are at during any given time during the month. It is a nurturing, feminine, safe and gentle approach to yoga that helps us to embrace and honour our cyclical nature as women. An opportunity to slow down for self-enquiry, for relaxation and connection. Yoga that embodies Ahimsa (compassion for self and others). This course includes slow flow, yin and restorative styles of yoga. It is also great for anyone on or about to embark on their fertility journey. Please enquire if interested in this offering.
Yoga Nidra
Commonly referred to as yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique performed while the student rests in a comfortable restorative position, remaining still for the majority of the class. This class will encourage a very deep relaxation (said to equate to up to 4 hours sleep) which helps to reduce stress, insomnia and worry to leave you feeling clear headed and rejuvenated.

We are ensuring appropriate safety and hygiene in all of our yoga classes.
Classes are intimate and small
We cater for up to 6 students per class.
Please bring your own mat we have some available to borrow if you need.
We will be cleaning surfaces before and after class.
Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell
More Information Regarding Classes

- Our location is in a unit out the front of 15 The Grove, Austinmer NSW 2515 (the one to the left as you face the street).
- Walk up a tree lined driveway and there is a black gate to your right. Enter through the gate, walk along path for a few metres before turning left up a set of stars. The studio is the door to your right.
- Please aim to arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before class.
- A toilet is located inside the premises.
- Please switch your mobile phone on silent or off so it does not interrupt the class.
- We recommend not to practice immediately after eating, and to aim to eat a few hours before class.
- Please notify us of any injuries you have or if you are pregnant before class commences.
- If you need to leave the class early, please advise us prior to the beginning of class.
- Please bring your own yoga mat.
- We aim to assist with self empowerment of our students and encourage you practice yoga by having respect for your body & honor how you feel each time you arrive on your mat.
- We encourage you to take rest at any time you feel you need it until you feel at ease.
