Set on Dharawal country, amongst beautiful gardens, nestled between Austinmer beach & the escarpment on the South Coast of NSW, also known as Coal Coast or Northern Illawarra.

Come and explore with curiosity and compassion, where you are at, reconnect with yourself, the natural surrounds and each other and set mindful and meaningful, heartfelt intentions (Sankalpa).
My focus is on the well-being of each individual and tailor each class yoga session to suit those needs
I aim to bring awareness to all areas of our being: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual and all of the senses through Yoga, Ayurveda and Natures Cycles (yearly seasons, moon cycle, menstrual cycle, life seasons)
I understand that an individual not only needs to feel empowered to look after themselves but with the support of a community it makes it so nurturing and worthwhile connecting and sharing!
I provide Weekly Small Group Yoga Classes (a therapeutic Slow Flow Vinyasa, Prenatal Yoga and Feminine Yoga which has a blend of yin, restorative and hatha yoga),
I aim to make all classes accessible to all.
I also facilitate Day and Weekend Retreats and Women's Circles.

Prenatal Yoga is recommended for pregnant women from 13 weeks onwards.
Weekend & Day Retreats
We provide weekend or day yoga retreats for intimate groups of up to 6 people.

'Perfect girls weekend away. It was a mini retreat with a beautiful yoga flow class on Saturday afternoon, in the most gorgeous and intimate setting and we all enjoyed relaxing massages on Sunday Morning. Delicious food was a stone's throw away - we had a fun night out at a fabulous local restaurant South Sailor and walked down to the Moore General Store for a scrumptious breakfast. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was also such a treat. Feeling very rejuvenated - thank you Sue, Teagan and Kai - mother, daughter and sister team.'
